E-Surgery is a venture backed Norwich based digital pharmacy start up, that takes advantage of evolving GPhC ( General Pharmacy Council) and CQC regulations to offer more pharmaceutical and medical services to a growing global customer base. I was contracted as CQC registered manager to lead ( their clinical team of pharmacists) and manage their CQC application for diagnostic and medical consultation services. The CQC application was completed in 2 months. In this joint role I additionally acted as director of clinical operations implementing quality control policies, product line expansion pipelines and risk management protocols. We used agile scrum methodologies.

Olive Media Group at a Dublin based e-learning software company delivering scalable comprehensive e-learning solutions to corporate companies with a global and technical work forces, mostly in the construction and healthcare industry. My role as product manager was to lead team of 3 software developers, using agile scrum methodologies to design, develop and introduce to the market the world's first VR assisted basic life support accredited course. Over the course of 6 months, I wrote the script consulted game development experts, the RESUS council and gamification experts to launch the product on the oculus rift platform. The product was used in a number of GP practices in the UK to train their staff members. We also published a literature review and a book chapter using this project.

A poster presentation illustrating and describing the research carried out by Dr Raphael Olaiya and team in a SE London primary care network ( Lewisham and Greenwich). The research consisted of 2 quality improvement studies looking to improve weight management programs (WMPs) in primary care. We reviewed the latest academic research critiquing WMPs and implemented the latest guidance and innovative adjuncts to obesity management in primary care including a mobile app that uses AI to calculate the calories and micronutrients in a meal from a photos.
